In addition to the tests like blood pressure and BMI (body mass index), our professionally trained Fitness & Wellbeing Advisors will also check your cholesterol and blood glucose levels. The results of these tests enable you to identify any potential risks you may have for preventable illnesses such as heart disease, strokes and diabetes. When did your last standard gym check do that? What happens next? The results of the assessment are discussed with you, not only to help tailor a fitness programme for you to focus on, but also to produce a personal plan that will help you address any issues identified and improve your overall wellbeing in everyday life.
